Kabuli Rice


500 g rice, washed and drain
5 tablespoon samin oil
125 g onion, chopped
2 garlic, finely chopped
800 g mutton, cut cubes
650 ml water
1 teaspoon paprika powder
250 g pineapple, cut cubes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
50 g margarine

Seasoning :
2 tablespoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
50 g dried chili pepper, soak into hot water till soft
Serves 7
