225 g rice, washed and drain

1 tablespoon margarine

50 g onion

3 tablespoon peas

100 g carrots

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

700 ml water

750 g veal, cut into stripes 6 X 8 cm

500 ml cooking oil


Adonan Pelapis :

2 egg, lightly beaten

125 ml white wine

85 g flour

85 g maize flour
