Biryani Rice

1 l rice, wash and cooked half done

Seasoning :
3 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 shallot, finely chopped
2 cm ginger, crushed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
5 cm cinnamon
5 cloves
1 tablespoon slat
4 cardamon
400 ml chicken/beef stock
350 ml yoghurt
3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon fried shallot
2 tablespoon raisin
4 tablespoon almonds, crushed
