Pete Fried Rice

2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
250 g chicken fillet, cut small
50 g bean sprout
250 ml stock
50 g pete, cut small
( pete is a kind of Indonesian spices )
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
500 g cooked long-grain rice. Use cold rice


Seasoning :
5 shallot
2 capsicum
2 garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Serves 5

Cooking time : 8 min
