225 g rice, washed and drain

400 ml water

1 tablespoon margarine

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoon cheddar cheese

Fish stock :

650 ml water

250 g fish, cut cubes

200 g shrimps

50 g onion

50 g carrot, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon bay leaves

Seafood :

3 tablespoon margarine

8 clamps

2 tablespoon white wine

1 tablespoon lemon juice

White sauces :

25 g margarine

4 tablespoon flour

500 ml chicken stock

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

50 ml thick cream
